The picture painted of the stunning Jordinian land where the olives are grown and harvested is something out of a movie. Cars are stopped at the farm’s gates, all fallen leaves and branches are composted and returned to the soil, solar panels create most of the farm’s energy, and water is recycled back into the cultivation. They also employ Syrian and Iraqi refugees, as well as Jordan locals, to help tend to the land and harvest.
