Neue Brut is crafted from 100% Vintage 2023 Chardonnay grapes, sourced exclusively from a single vineyard in the heart of La Mancha, Alcázar de San Juan, Spain. This vineyard, rooted in five generations of heritage and passion, produces grapes with exceptional flavor and aroma.
They implemented an exclusive vacuum distillation process to dealcoholise the wine. This preserves the wine's authentic body and essence while maintaining strict non-alcoholic standards.
