Maternal Mental Health App

Canopie is bringing evidence-based care to mamas and parents wherever they are, whenever they need it.

The mental-emotional roller coaster of parenting is real. So how can you support your own well-being while taking care of your little ones? Canopie’s scientifically-based programs help you to become a calmer, healthier, and more resilient parent in just 12 days. The Canopie app is appropriate for expecting mothers and parents with children up to age 5.

Becoming a parent challenges us in ways we could never imagine. While having a baby may bring us joy, we can also feel many other things, including anxious or low. These complicated feelings may change from day to day. While these feelings are normal, we can all benefit from support to manage difficult feelings.

Canopie is designed to help moms and parents feel better and weather these emotional ups and downs. They used the research to find proven techniques to make moms feel better. Beginning by asking what you’re struggling with so that they can design a program tailored to you and deliver customized, automated coaching.

In the app, you’ll find sessions on common challenges such as bonding with your baby, infant feeding, managing your relationships, worries, feeling low, guilty, self-criticism and losing your sense of identity. You’ll also find information about perinatal mood disorders such as anxiety and postpartum depression.

Regardless of how you are feeling, you may find Canopie helpful. We ask you to engage for 10 minutes a day for 10 days to see the full benefits.

You'll get lifetime access so you can keep coming back to the sessions that help you most.

About Canopie:
Canopie is a digital platform to prevent and address symptoms of maternal depression and anxiety. Their program is served up in a format designed for busy moms. It’s available 24/7 (sometimes you need help at 2 am), delivered in audio form (allowing moms to keep their hands free), and each session is under five minutes (because what new mom has half an hour to burn?)
Why we 🤍 them:
Canopie is led by mothers with decades of direct experience with the issues they are addressing, and a team of passionate and engaged expert advisors. We love that they are using their voice to get the word out, changing the public narrative, and informing policy around maternal mental health!
