With an intentional focus on form, and modifications or progressions for every exercise to meet you exactly where you’re at, this is perfect for the client who wants to move stronger and smarter in ways that challenge them but still feel good with whatever they have access to.

Choose the 30-minute session if you're someone with a busy schedule! It is a shortened version of the 60 minute session with the possibility for a much more specific focus. Whether that focus be rebuilding core strength after pregnancy, increasing hip mobility, alleviating back pain, mastering an olympic lift or skill etc. This session is for the client who needs intentional time just for them, whether that be on something specific or a quick 30 minute full body workout.
