Garbanzo Beans
  • Loved around the world, garbanzo beans (aka chickpeas) are incredibly versatile. They have a nutty, robust flavor that pairs well with spices like cumin and za'atar. They're great for salads, hummus, curries, dips, and snacks. These garbanzo's are grown in the wide open plains of Montana where soil formed during the 11,000 years after the last Ice Age. As of late, drought and trying growing conditions have made the kind of regenerative farming practiced on this farm even more critical to preserving soil health.
King City Pink Beans

Petite Crimson Lentils
  • Mild, earthy, and slightly sweet in flavor, these red lentils cook quickly and absorb flavors well - great with ginger, turmeric, and curry. This varietal is grown in the wide open plains of Montana where soil formed during the 11,000 years after the last Ice Age. As of late, drought and trying growing conditions have made the kind of regenerative farming practiced on this farm even more critical to preserving soil health.
True Cranberry Benas

Tiger's Eye Beans

This is a thin skinned bean with a smooth bite. The farm on which these beans grow is nestled amidst volcanic lava fields and river beds in Idaho, creating unique soil quality and robust flavor profile.
